Evidence & Proof !

This has been a lengthy case comprising several

thousand pages of documents. However, it really only

boils down to about a dozen pages that prove my

allegations of fraud, conspiracy, discrimination and

corporate crime. I have set out some of the most obvious

and fundamental points of evidence on this page,

including proof of Fraudulent Concealment of Evidence,

Obstruction of Justice, Perjury, Spoliation and Contempt

of Court. These are all serious criminal offences in

Canada.

Each point on the numbered list corresponds to the numbered document in the buttons on the left or below. There is still evidence being deliberately concealed and destroyed by the Defendants and more coming into the light. Therefore I will add that as and when it arises. The most important evidence that I want to illustrate is: 1. How the Response to Civil Claim (Defence) of Defendant Dueck is fraudulently misrepresented and proven to be so by their own documents. 2. How the Response to Civil Claim (Defence) of General Motors of Canada is based largely on what Defendant Dueck says and otherwise has no lawful credibility. The GM Defence is based on grossly unfair Warranty terms and clauses that are impossible to verify or enforce. It is basically a load of nonsense without any evidentiary support and they’ve been using this type of defence to ruin the lives of customers around the world. I allege that GM is a criminally operating company. 3. How the Dueck Service Invoice #745013 is a forgery and actually falsely created to try and make other documents in the Defence tally up or make sense. 4. How the Dueck Certified Vehicle Inspection check sheets prove that Dueck was estimating and quoting for work to be done that didn’t need doing and how both Defendants were then using that as a reason why they wouldn’t compensate me; said reason which was that I hadn’t maintained my vehicle and didn’t turn up for oil testing at the right times - all proven in evidence to be false. 5. The confession from General Motors that they knew the oil consumption was excessive and offered to replace pistons and rings but by that time the engine was ruined and they wouldn’t replace the engine or compensate an anticipated $10,000 loss of income. 6. How there are multiple forgeries and falsely made or falsified Dueck Service Invoices to try to conceal oil consumption testing data and actual tests. 7. How Dueck have criminally Fraudulently Concealed evidence. 8. How General Motors has destroyed evidence during proceedings. 9. How both Defendants General Motors and Dueck conspired to injure/defraud me, misrepresented evidence and deliberately overlooked the truth because neither of them wanted to pay the bill despite them knowing that the oil consumption was excessive. 10. How General Motors’ Warranty and Owner’s Manual’s clauses, terms, directions and instructions (the Policies) are unfair and designed to cheat and rob the customer because the Policies are nonsense and unenforceable. 11. Alleged Misconduct in Civil Proceedings and RCMP file.
